What our clients say
We have worked with Syndicate for six years. The people we deal with are highly experienced and always act professionally and promptly, delivering results on time and treating our costs as if they were their own. They have taken the time to understand our business, so they stay focused on outcomes and aligned with our culture and values. That is why we have built such a strong bond of trust, and why CDS keeps coming back.
Richard ScottCommercial Manager, CDS
We recently had the pleasure of working with Syndicate Property Development and cannot recommend them highly enough. From our first consultation, their team showed exceptional professionalism and expertise, with attention to detail and quality evident at every stage. They kept us informed throughout, so we always felt confident in their delivery. If you are looking for a professional, reliable partner with outstanding customer service, look no further.
Alex WattManaging Director, Martin Ralph Group
My deal review with Dan gave me a much deeper understanding, not just of the numbers but of the project’s potential. His knowledge and experience were clear from the start, and he showed me new ways to assess a building and maximise its GDV. It was an insightful session that gave me a fresh perspective on the project’s opportunities.

FAQs
Project management and quantity surveying questions
Can’t see your question? Call us on 02392 250399.
What does a construction project manager do?
A project manager leads your build from brief to handover. They set and run the programme, appoint and coordinate the design team and contractors, manage risk, quality and health and safety, and keep you updated so decisions are made on time.
What does a quantity surveyor do?
A quantity surveyor manages the cost of your project. That covers early estimates and cost plans, tender documents and analysis, monthly valuations, controlling variations and agreeing the final account, so you know where your budget stands at every stage.
Do I need both a project manager and a quantity surveyor?
On most commercial projects, yes: one controls time and quality, the other controls cost. At SPD our project managers and quantity surveyors work as one team, so you get both under a single appointment.
What is a turnkey solution?
With a turnkey solution we take responsibility for the whole project, from planning and estimating through design and handover. We appoint and manage the design team and construction contractor for you, so you deal with one partner and receive a finished building that is ready to use.
Where do you work?
Our head office is in Denmead, Hampshire, with further offices in Portsmouth, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol. We deliver projects across the UK, including national retail roll-outs.
